Talent menerima rental dari akun BA/CA/FA/RP/RANT. Customer diharapkan mengikuti seluruh peraturan yang berlaku selama masa rental.02. Jam Kerja Talent (WH)
WH talent dimulai pukul 10.00 AM hingga 10.00 PM (GMT+7), dengan flexible WH hingga pukul 11.00 PM (GMT+7). Rental di luar jam tersebut akan dikenakan fee Stay Up Late.03. Penerimaan Form Rental
Di luar WH, talent tetap dapat menerima form Hourly, OTP dan ONS.04. Platform yang Tersedia
Talent tersedia di platform Telegram, Twitter/X dan WhatsApp.05. Ketentuan Layanan NSFW
Layanan NSFW hanya tersedia bagi customer berusia 21 tahun ke atas serta wajib mengikuti ketentuan age gap dan face claim yang berlaku.06. Privasi dan Kerahasiaan
Talent dan customer diharapkan untuk saling menjaga dan menghormati privasi. Segala percakapan maupun informasi selama masa rental tidak diperkenankan untuk disebarluaskan. Customer boleh mengirimkan VN atau PAP tanpa menampilkan wajah, tetapi talent tidak dapat memberikan hal serupa sebagai balasan.07. Pembatalan, Refund, dan Penjadwalan Ulang
Pembatalan form dan refund tidak dapat dilakukan, kecuali jika terjadi kesalahan dari pihak talent. Customer diperbolehkan mengajukan reschedule apabila ada keperluan atau kendala yang tidak terduga. Jika kendala disebabkan oleh talent, customer dapat mengajukan refund dalam waktu 1x12H ke manager dengan bukti terlampir.08. Waktu Respons Talent
Apabila talent sedang memiliki kesibukan lain, mohon berkenan untuk menunggu dan memberikan waktu. Jika talent tidak memberikan kabar selama 2–3 jam atau lebih tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya, customer dipersilakan menghubungi manager untuk menanyakan perkembangan sesi.09. Ketentuan Durasi Daily Rental
Talent tidak menerima rental daily dengan durasi kurang dari 1 hari. Durasi minimum yang diterima adalah 2 hari untuk menjaga profesionalitas sesi serta memastikan pengalaman rental sesuai dengan ekspektasi customer.10. Pengisian Form dan Pembayaran
Customer diharapkan mengisi form dengan lengkap dan benar untuk menghindari kesalahpahaman selama masa rental. Jika ada hal yang belum dipahami, silakan menghubungi manager untuk meminta penjelasan. Pembayaran wajib diselesaikan sebelum sesi dimulai untuk menghindari hit and run.11. Kewajiban Memberikan Testimoni
Setelah sesi berakhir, customer diwajibkan memberikan testimoni melalui Padlet yang telah disediakan. Testimoni tersebut akan menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan talent.12. Batasan Perasaan Pribadi
Apabila muncul perasaan pribadi selama masa rental, hal tersebut berada di luar tanggung jawab talent. Talent tidak berkewajiban untuk membalas perasaan tersebut ataupun memberikan tanggapan lebih lanjut. Mohon untuk dapat memahami dan menghormati batasan ini.
